We recently moved into our dream home in Fountain Hills, which was built for us by Echelon Company. Working with Dennis Brown and his experienced team of professionals to make our design become reality was an exciting and fun process. There was no challenge that they found too great whether it be structural, architectural or design related. In fact, they were often excited to be creative and meet these challenges head on. They showed great flexibility about making the many design changes that we requested as the house starting taking shape. In addition, they found ways to improve on the original design both structurally and architecturally.
The years of experience that Echelon professionals have in building homes as well as office buildings gave us the confidence to build our custom home from New Jersey. Dennis and his staff proved themselves to be extremely trustworthy and dependable. They took complete ownership of all aspects of the project and exhibited a “can-do” approach throughout the process. Through regular face to face meetings as well as e-mail communications, we felt very close to the project. They made us feel that our house was their most important project. Now that our home is completed, Echelon continuesto stand behind the quality of their work and to make sure that our home is all we want it to be.
Also, and very importantly, Echelon was as careful to track costs and payments as they were committed to building a fine home. They were very conscientious about choosing materials and subcontractors, based on quality and cost effectiveness, and helped us make decisions which impacted overall costs. Again, through regular discussions, we received financial updates throughout the project which made us comfortable and confident that our investment was in good hands.
